Which payment options are available?

What is considered a search?

Search is considered any time: 1) a user searches using query on some form on our website or 2) obtains results in table or some other format (loading of page).

What occurs if I exceed my monthly quota?

If you exceed your monthly quota, the dashboard will respond with notification "You have exceeded your usage limit". In this case, you can upgrade your plan or contact us for options on paying additional credits.

Can I change my plan after sign up?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time.

How many credits are included with GPT3 generation of product descriptions and texts?

500. More are available on purchase of additional credits.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, you can cancel your subscriptions at any time. Any remaining requests/login will be valid until the end of your subscription.

What is your refund policy?

We will refund you for your payments, if you have not used the dashboard yet and have made refund request within 12 hours of your purchase.

How many product categorization/product tagging requests are included in plans?

Included are 50,000 categorizations. More are available on purchase of additional credits.
