The terms and conditions governing your use of Alpha Quantum platforms and data products.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, APIs, databases, and services (collectively, “Services”) provided by Alpha Quantum d.o.o. (“Alpha Quantum,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Alpha Quantum provides enterprise AI platforms including, but not limited to, website categorization APIs, product categorization APIs, content moderation APIs, data redaction and anonymization APIs, audience intelligence platforms, URL categorization databases, and web filtering databases. Services are delivered via REST APIs, downloadable databases, and managed platform access.
Certain Services require account registration. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
API access is subject to the rate limits and usage quotas specified in your subscription plan. Exceeding your plan’s limits may result in throttled responses or temporary suspension of access. Automated abuse, credential sharing, or circumvention of rate limits is prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that engage in abusive usage patterns.
Database products are licensed, not sold. The license type (internal use, OEM, or redistribution) is specified in your purchase agreement or subscription plan. Unless explicitly granted OEM or redistribution rights under an Enterprise license, you may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or publicly display the database content. Perpetual licenses grant indefinite use of the version purchased; updates and refreshes are subject to separate subscription terms.
You agree not to use our Services to:
All intellectual property in our Services, including databases, classification models, taxonomies, APIs, documentation, and website content, is owned by Alpha Quantum or its licensors. Your subscription grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and your subscription plan. No intellectual property rights are transferred to you beyond what is explicitly stated.
Paid Services are billed according to the pricing and payment terms specified at the time of purchase. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice; existing subscriptions will be honored through their current billing period.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our API services. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
We employ rigorous classification methodologies and quality controls. However, automated classification is inherently probabilistic. We do not warrant that classifications are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free. Users should implement their own validation processes for mission-critical applications. Misclassification reports can be submitted to our support team for correction in subsequent data releases.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alpha Quantum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use our Services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alpha Quantum, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate a subscription by providing written notice before the next billing period. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will continue in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Munich, Germany.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
